We provide service for tooling development for customers, especially in the automobile field like auto lamps and rearview mirrors, etc. For light guide and lens molds, we will use the high-speed milling machine whose main axis speed is 36000rpm or even 60000rpm and the mirror EDM sparking machine for finishing machining so that can meet it’s requirements.
We have an injection molding unit with 12 injection molding machines from 170ton to 780ton, Including two-color injection molding machine ,provide project feasibility report ,material selection and part injection as well as small quantity lighting assembly services.
Lens modules are available in dual light, single near light, single far light, laser version, regular version, highlight version, super bright version, personality version, and so on, to meet the needs of different customers. Similarly, we can also customize according to customer needs.
