We provide service for tooling development for customers, especially in the automobile area like auto lamps, rear-view mirrors, etc. For light guide and lens mould, we will use the high-speed milling machine whose main axis speed is 36000rpm or even 60000rpm, and mirror EDM sparking machine for finishing machining so that can meet its requirements. We have more than 12 sets of injection machines from 170ton to 780ton, providing project feasibility reports, material selection and part injection as well as small quantity lighting assembly services.
